It's next April 28 that will come out "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe", the newest installment of the world's most famous plummet racing saga. In the United States, Nintendo and the supermarket chain Target decided to mark the coup with an amazing operation. The idea: divert Target supermarkets to promote the video game.
More than 650 supermarkets across the Atlantic have been transformed for this occasion. Initially, the caddies were transformed to resemble the appearance of the go-karts. In the car parks, the anti-parking terminals were also "made up" to take on the appearance of the famous brothers Mario and Luigi.
A simple, original and fun idea that should allow Target to sell mass Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe games as soon as it's released on April 28th.
